We are a small consultancy firm committed to making rapid and sustained improvements for our clients in schools, academies, local authorities, multi academy trusts and the government.
WHAT WE’VE DONE
Since we formed in 2012, we have been awarded major contracts in 10 London boroughs (and worked across 16), Medway, Kent, the East & West Midlands and Hertfordshire.
Our key achievements include:
- removing a London academy from special measures in 30 weeks
- overseeing the lifting of a financial notice to improve from a high-profile Trust in record time
- ending two industrial action disputes
- raising academic standards from the 50th to the 8th national percentile in one of the UK’s 163 selective state schools
- securing successful inspection judgments in multiple schools
- saving millions of pounds of public money by directly managing and supporting various financial recovery programs
- successfully carrying out multiple complex investigations and related HR/referral processes
- handling the departure of key senior figures along with providing interim arrangements and longer-term leadership solutions
- managing multiple new build and refurbishment projects
- recruiting many senior leaders and executives including principals, executive headteachers, directors of education, finance directors and chief executives
- securing robust governance structures in single schools and multi academy trusts.
We pride ourselves in remaining small; our overheads are low, which allows us to pass on significant savings to our clients. It also means that our attention to detail is second to none.
We have a very wide range of expertise and our consultants are leaders in their fields. We never accept work that we cannot complete to the highest standard.
We choose our clients carefully as the consultant-client relationship is key to having maximum impact in the time available. We always look forward to getting stuck in, as we are all hands on ‘doers’ as much as being strategic thinkers.
